Ну, я ж не собирался продавать его прямо сейчас. У меня моргыч на пять лет, если раньше захочешь соскочить, то придётся платить весомый штраф. А ремонт имеет смысл делать сейчас - $1350 с налогов спишут, какие ни есть, а деньги.
